Brazil's BRF posts Q2 net profit of $136 mln, dodging bird flu trade disruptions
Brazilian food processor BRF , the world's largest chicken exporter, said it earned 735 million reais ($136 million) in the second quarter despite trade disruptions caused by an outbreak of bird flu in May, which triggered trade bans.
